Hello, my name is Theo Braddy, CEO of the Center for Independent Living of Central PA and President of HomeCare for Living Well (HCLW). I have been a person with a disability since the age of 15 years old. It is my belief that people with disabilies have shared experiences and struggles. The struggles that I undergo are very similar to yours.
This is why providing quality attendant care services is so important to me. It is why I wholeheartedly support local attendant care providers and why HCLW was started. Janetta Green, Vice President
Janetta Williams Green has been employed by the Center for Independent Living of Central PA (CILCP) since 1989. She holds a Bachelors of Social Work degree from Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, WV and a Masters in Business Administration from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA.
Ms. Green has over 34 years of experience working with people with disabilities with 30 of those years working in independent living centers. She has worked in a variety of positions within a center for independent living from receptionist, to skills trainer to program manager, to Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Green has 4 years experience as a non-federal peer reviewer for U.S. Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Region II. She is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders, a Certified Accessibility Inspector through the International Code Council and a member of the ADA Leadership Network.
Marilyn Zarreii, Treasurer
Marilyn Zarreii has been employed by the Center for Independent Living of Central PA (CILCP) since February 2014. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in English from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Ms. Zarreii has 24 years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and over 30 years of non-profit experience. Ms. Zarreii has also tutored students from K -12 in school districts across the Commonwealth.
